        Under normal circumstances, the failure of the intermediate frequency furnace can be divided into two types of failure can not be fully started and can not normally work after the start of the. As a general principle, when a fault occurs, the entire system should be fully examined in the case of a power outage, which includes the following aspects:

Determine the first water-cooled cable and electric cable from the capacitor output copper bar broken core, with a multimeter resistance gear (200 block) measuring resistance value of cable, the normal resistance value is zero, off to infinity. When measuring with a universal meter, the furnace body should be turned over to the dumping position, so that the water cooled cable is dropped, so that the broken place can be completely separated, so that the core can be judged correctly.

        Through the examination of the above aspects, the general can find out most of the causes of failure, the next can be switched on to control the power supply for further inspection. The medium frequency power supply main circuit switch has two types of manual and automatic.         1 the oscilloscope probe is connected to the gate electrode and the cathode of the rectifier thyristor. The oscilloscope is placed in the power supply.
